Use of Gift Vouchers and Brewing Experience gift vouchers policy
Gift vouchers and brewing experience gift vouchers purchased before 1 November 2019 are valid for six months from the purchase date and are not exchangeable for cash. No refund or return is offered on gift vouchers or brewing experiences gift vouchers. This gift voucher must be presented on the day to redeem full 50L brews (i.e. you are booked in to brew), taproom beer and merchandise to the amount of the gift voucher. If using the voucher to brew a beer, please contact the brewery on 07 3865 5177 to book in advance and quote your gift voucher number when booking. All brewing and bottling sessions must be booked in advanced.

Grain-to-Glass Gift Vouchers purchased from 1 December 2019 must be redeemed and taken within 12 months of purchase and is not redeemable for cash or refundable. If the brewing experience is not redeemed within the first 12 months, the amount paid for the voucher will be available to use during the next 24 months.
48 hours notice is required if you are unable attend the brewing or bottling session. Please contact the brewery on 07 3865 5177 or email us at [email protected].
We reserve the right to change all brewing experiences we offer and prices. If after 12 months, the price of the brewing experience has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of using your voucher to book. Alternatively, the voucher can be used at the brewery for purchases up to the voucher amount for valid vouchers that have not expired.
Hub Brewing is under no obligation to offer an extension for expired vouchers.
Hub Brewing supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Persons under 18 years of age are not permitted to place orders for alcohol, gift vouchers or brewing experiences.
Brewing Experiences Session Attendance
No refund is offered if you do not turn up on a brewing experience or a bottling session that you are booked to attend.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your electronic gift vouchers or event tickets to you within 24 hours.

The Hub Brewing Company Security Policy
The Hub Brewing Company uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
- Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by The Hub Brewing Company or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.
- All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data.
- eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks.
- eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by The Hub Brewing Company.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a refund. Please email us at within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to gift vouchers, brewing experience gift vouchers or goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. If you are returning items via post or courier, all postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post or Courier and that you pre-pay all postage or courier fees.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Hub Brewing Company will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
