FERMENTATION, BOTTLING AND STORAGE
We look after fermentation and lagering of your beer in our temperature controlled rooms and prepare it for you prior to bottling or kegging.
Bottling takes place two to three weeks after brewing (depending on the beer you brewed). Each brew is 50L (approximately 6 cartons).
If you have a keg fridge system, just bring in your empty kegs in and we will clean, gas and fill them for you.
The beers are preservative-free. For best results, we recommend that your beer is kept refrigerated after you take it home.
